With the 6-week program, you take your own notes, and you don't receive emails with a summary after our sessions.
With the 8-week program, you receive an email after each session highlighting key points discussed, allowing you to maintain full focus without the need to worry about taking notes while listening.

After your first RTT session, it's crucial to listen to your custom self-hypnosis audio recording for 21 days in a row. This consistent practice is essential for harnessing the brain's incredible ability to change and adapt, known as neuroplasticity.
Think of your mind like a rubber band that usually snaps back to its old ways. But with hypnosis, this 'rubber band' gets stretched and snaps for good.
