I can only give resounding praise for Leandra’s work. I feel it is a rare find that one encounters something that is both enjoyable and truly beneficial to one’s well-being (exercise does hurt sometimes, okay).

I am foremost a clinician; I deal with the body, admittedly in an almost detached way. My hypnotherapy journey with Leandra has created a scenic path to understanding a wonderful and necessary need for holistic approaches to human health. Mental well-being should be at the top of everyone’s self-care and self-kindness priorities.

RTT has proven for me to be an effective means to decompress cumulative daily micro-traumas. I was first introduced to Leandra’s RTT sessions during COVID, a stressful time with high levels of clinician burnout. I am so grateful.

Although I did enjoy the sessions from the get-go, I only experienced the true extent of benefit of RTT by maintaining ongoing sessions. Following my first few sessions, I knew I would be lulled into the most magnificent sleep, and that alone kept me coming back. What I hadn’t realized was that a shift was occurring.

I am undeniably more calm, self-aware, self-tolerant, and self-assured; this transcends into my interactions with others. With so much benefit and absolutely no harm, I would recommend this journey to anyone. How exciting! How much better can it get? I’m going to continue and let you know…
