how it works

  • This one and a half hour is all about you! We will do an intro to get to know each other and I will explain the unfolding of the session to you so that you are completely comfortable. You can also ask questions.

  • I will dedicate some time to help you to ground & let go of any (daily) stress. This may include breath work or conscious work to check in with your body & mind and ease into the rest of the session.

  • Once you feel comfortable and grounded, I will slowly guide you into a hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural state where you feel increasing levels of relaxation. You are always in control. So, don’t worry, you’ll be fine! (This is not staged hypnosis).

The hypnosis can be divided into two parts. The first part is where I will guide you from head to toe through your body, energetically allowing you to let go, surrender or release any energetic, physical or mental stress or blockages.

  • The very best part of the session! During the second part of the hypnosis, I will guide you into deep body relaxation from head to toe.

Some people naturally drift off to sleep, which is perfectly normal and beneficial for the body at that moment. Others remain awake but might enter a deeply comfortable, dreamlike state.

You'll likely feel a profound sense of calm, ease, and safety, experiencing total body relaxation with refreshing energy circulating throughout.

  • A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience.

A crystal singing bowl sound bath primarily involves listening to the sounds and vibrations produced by 432 Hz bowls made of high-purity quartz crystal.

It's called a "bath" because you are "immersed" in the sounds, letting the vibrations wash over you and making you feel relaxed.

  • Each person's experience is unique, and so will be yours, but most people say that they feel the effects for days.

You can encounter a range of experiences, including profound relaxation, a heightened sense of peace, an uplift in mood, improved clarity of thought, physical and emotional release, a deeper self-connection, or simply enjoy the sensations.

  • The sound bath begins with each person seated in a comfortable position.

You're invited to lie down and get comfortable, using items like pillows, and blankets.

At some point durIng the session, I gradually introduce sound into the room. While I use various instruments, the main ones are the crystal singing bowls.

    • You are welcome to bring anything you need to be comfortable.

    • Make sure you are warm enough, socks, clothes, you may bring a blanket to cover yourself.

    • Also optional, is an eye mask for additional comfort.

    • There are mats at the studio.
