Yoga & Sound Bath Sunday Relaxation
Join us for a relaxing start to your Sunday morning and a smooth transition into the new week. I'm excited to team up with Vondelgym to bring you this special event before I head back home to Cape Town.
You don't have to be a member at Vondelgym; the event is open to everyone.

We'll kick off with yoga (only seated) to help you unwind and prepare your body and mind. Then, we'll move on to a calming, lying-down sound bath to complete the session. Whether you're new to this or a you’ve experienced it before, it's the perfect way to reset and recharge.
The normal price is 35 euros, but as a special summer introductory offer, you can join for just 26 euros. You don't have to be a member at Vondelgym; the event is open to everyone.
WHAT IS A SOUND BATh
A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience.
WHAT to expect
The sound bath begins seated in a comfortable position. A brief guided Yoga breathing, followed by a few gentle moves to heighten your sensory awareness.
You're invited to lie down and get comfortable, (using items like pillows, and blankets). I gradually introduce sound into the room using the crystal singing bowls.
The Benefits
Most people find it deeply relaxing, leaving them feeling recharged, calm, peaceful, in a better mood, and with clearer thoughts. Each person's experience is unique, so I'm curious to see how it will be for you.

No experience is needed! The yoga portion is gentle and suitable for all levels. The sound bath simply requires you to lie down and enjoy the sounds.
