🌕 What the Pink Moon Represents (Energetically + Symbolically):

• Symbolically, it represents new beginnings, personal growth, and the gentle unfolding of what’s been seeded internally.

• Full moons are generally seen as a time for release, and the Pink Moon invites us to shed outdated beliefs, patterns, or emotional weight, especially those that may have surfaced around the equinox.

• The name "Pink" (inspired by pink wildflowers, not the moon’s color) suggests a softer, heart-centered energy — making it a beautiful time for nurturing intentions or self-compassion.

• Since it follows the March Equinox, the Pink Moon often highlights themes of balance between light/dark, effort/rest, doing/being.

• How long is the sound bath

  The sound bath is 30 minutes.

• How long is the sauna

  The sauna is 20 minutes.

• Where will the sound bath & the sauna take place

  The sauna is parked in the parking lot at Dalebrook Tidal Pool, and the sound bath takes place on the beach next to the Dalebrook Tidal Pool.

• Do I have to do both the sound bath and the sauna, or can I choose just one?

  While I highly recommend doing both for the full experience, you can absolutely choose just one.
  
  You can decide the order—whether you'd prefer the sound bath first followed by the sauna, or enjoy the sauna, jump in the rock pool, and then relax with the sound bath afterwards.

• Do I need to pre-book?

  You can pre-book if you'd like to secure your preferred time for the sauna, as there are limited spots available. You can also pre-book the sound bath and pay for that separately via the Hot Huts Sauna website.

  Alternatively, you can choose not to reserve and simply walk in. In that case, you can pay with card at the sauna and for the sound bath at the Hot Huts sauna.

  An additional option is to pay for the sound bath in cash if you prefer.

• What if I bought a ticket and I can't make it

  All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. However, you’re more than welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. If you do so, please make sure to communicate the name change with HotHuts or Leandra in timely manner.
