Join us for a gentle morning of sound, senses and softening with a mindful mountain walk, fynbos tea tasting and an immersion of vibrations and resonance followed by a calming meal to connect and ground. The Veld and Sea Glasshouse will become a container to hold the healing sounds of crystal bowls, providing the space to rest and rejuvenate.

A Sound Bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body listening experience.
A crystal singing bowl sound bath primarily involves listening to the sounds and vibrations produced by 432 Hz bowls made of high-purity quartz crystal.
It's called a "bath" because you are "immersed" in the sounds, letting the vibrations wash over you and making you feel relaxed.
The experience is highly subjective and it will be different for each person, each time. There is no ‘typical attendee’. With this in mind, we don’t assume any particular prior knowledge, experience or motivation. The only thing required is your presence.

We'll begin with a gentle walk, collecting fynbos along the way, to enjoy a mindful tea tasting on the top of the mountain looking out over Cape Point.
We'll return to the glasshouse, where Leandra Besters will skillfully guide us through a crystal bowl sound bath. Leandra is a Rapid Transformational Therapist, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Yoga and Meditation teacher and Sound Bath facilitator. Her work aims to guide others to embark on a profound journey of self-discovery, health and well-being. A sound bath is a deeply-immersive process, involving the vibrations produced by 432Hz crystal singing bowls. During a sound bath, one will encounter a range of experiences, including profound relaxation, a heightened sense of peace, improved mood and clarity of thought, physical and emotional release or simply enjoyment of the sensations.
The morning will conclude with a grounding and nourishing meal of calming and recalibrating seasonal and wild flavours, to be enjoyed casually in the Veld and Sea Glasshouse.
